4.2. Styling, coloring, or altering the wigs is at the customer’s discretion and risk.
5. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
5.1. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.
5.2. If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos for review.
5.3. Approved cases for defective or incorrect products will be eligible for replacement or store credit.

6.1. Promotions, including the $50 OFF Black Friday sale, are valid only during the promotional period.
6.2. Discount codes cannot be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.
